Creating Checkboxes for a Subject Portal

This page contains the steps for creating checkboxes that will be entered in a subject portal

Steps

1. Open the Variable Group Update page (click here for steps)

2. Using a Vertical variable group layout

   1. Enter the prompt into the Answer Suffix field

   2. Set the variable layout to Use Variable Group Layout (this is the default)

3. Using a Horizontal variable group layout

   1. Enter the prompt into the Data Entry Prompt field

   2. Set the variable layout to Reverse Horizontal (Prompt on right)
