Set a variable to inactive

Overview

Variables that will no longer have data collected can be set to inactive

Required Role(s)

  • Project Management

Steps

  1. Open the Variable Update window (click here for steps)
  2. Select the Attributes tab
  3. Uncheck the Active box 
  4. Click Continue  
  5. Select Save or Save and Return to save the changes to the variable group

Notes 

  • Variables used in an expression cannot be set to inactive until their usages in the expressions are removed
