Welcome Email
Overview
A Welcome Email contains the Login URL to the subject portal and the subject's username. A Welcome Email is sent to a subject when the subject's account is created and an email address has been entered. Additional Welcome Emails can also be sent.  All emails sent to a subject can be viewed on the Emails tab of the Details View (Emails Tab).

Steps to send an additional Welcome Email
- On the Subject Overview page, click on Account
- Location of Account button with the side bar shown:Â Â Account on side bar
- Location of Account button with the side bar hidden:Â Â Account in expanded heading (scroll to the bottom of the page)
- Click the link Resend Welcome Email
