View Randomization Group

Overview

This page describes the steps to view the randomization group from the data entry page (i.e., Subject Overview) and in data sets.

Required Role(s)

  • View Subject's Treatment
  • Data Set Management (if including Randomization Group in a data set)

Steps

This will unblind the grouping status and display the treatment on the screen until the window is closed

 From Data Entry page (i.e., "Subject Overview" page)

  1. Search for the subject (e.g., search for Reference ID from Home page)
  2. On the Subject Overview page, click the View Treatment button
  3. In the View Treatment Name window, click Show Treatment Name
  4. Note the treatment
  5. Click Close

   


 From Data Set page (i.e., including the Randomization group as a variable in a data set)

  1. Click Data Sets main menu item (top of page)
  2. Click on an existing data set or create a new data set. 
  3. Click on Variable Finder in selector panel (left-hand side, below toolbar)
  4. Select Project System Variables in the pulldown selection box and click Plus sign for the Treatment Name variable (see image below)
