  2. Verify the project name is the project from which the subject is to be removed
  3. Open the Sidebar
  4. Click Remove From Project
  5. Do not proceed if you do not understand the data loss warning
  6. Confirm the Reference ID of the subject to be removed

  8. Click Remove

From the Project Overview Page

  1. Click Projects in the main menu
  2. Click on the project name
  3. Click the Data Management toolbar button
  4. Select the Subjects tab in the left panel
  5. Locate the subject that is to be removed
    1. Click on a column heading to sort by that column
    2. Click on a column heading a second time to reverse sort by that column
    3. An up or down arrow next to a column heading will indicate that the list is sorted by that column, a down arrow indicates an ascending sort  and an up arrow indicates a descending sort
    4. Use the paging at the bottom of the page to scroll through the list
  6. Click on the appropriate subject's Reference ID
  7. Click on the Remove From Project toolbar button
  8. Do not proceed if you do not understand the data loss warning
  9. Click OK if you understand the data loss warning and want to proceed with removing the subject from the project

These steps will only remove the subject from the applicable project.  If the subject is not enrolled in any other project, follow the steps to Delete a Subject to delete the subject from Studytrax.
