Dashboard View
Overview
The Dashboard view provides a graphical display of study visits/encounters and medication use
Content
The Dashboard View contains all the fixed encounters, and the non-fixed encounters that have occurred. The encounter is color coded to show the encounter's status.  Subject medications are displayed corresponding to when they were taken.  Clicking on an encounter or medication will open the update page.  The timeline can be adjusted by scrolling with the mouse wheel.
Medication Status
- Gray background: the medication has an end date, indicating it is no longer being taken by the subject
- Â Blue background:Â the medication does not have an end date, indicating it is still being taken by the subject
Encounter Status
- Due (orange): encounters are Due within the Before and After date
- Missed (pink): encounters are Missed when the Latest date is passed and the encounter has not occurred
- Not Due (gray): encounters are Not Due prior to the Before date
- Complete (green): encounters are Complete when all the required data has been entered
- Incomplete (yellow): encounters are Incomplete when all the required data has not been entered
