Encounter Update

Overview

The Encounter Update page is used to enter subject data for an encounter.

Content

• Heading
  • Reference ID
  • Subject Name (if included in the project)
  • Project Name
  • Interval Name
• Left Panel
  • Encounter Date
  • Target Range color indicator
    • A green ball indicates the encounter is within the target range
    • A yellow ball indicates the encounter is not within the target range
    • Hover over the green or yellow ball to see the target range
  • Show Actions Menu
  • Table of Contents
• Center Panel
  • The forms and variables to enter for the encounter
