Subject Update (New)

Overview

The Subject Update window is used to create a new subject.

Content

• Generate Reference ID:  only displays in accounts where the option to generate a Reference ID is enabled
• Reference ID:  each subject in Studytrax must have a Reference ID which is unique across all projects
  • In accounts where the Reference ID is always generated by the system, the field will display Generate and is not manually entered
  • In accounts where the Reference ID either can be generated by the system or is never generated by the system, the field can be manually entered
• Name:  the name is optional and the fields will only display if the user has access to at least one project that includes subject name information
