In Windows Server, add the IIS Role.

  • Ensure the following Role Services are installed:
    • Static Content
    • Default Document
    • HTTP Errors
    • HTTP Redirection
    • ASP.NET
    • .Net Extensibility
    • ISAPI Extensions
    • ISAPI Filters
  • You may want to remove other Role Services such as Directory Browsing to improve security.
