Installation Request Worksheet
Overview
If you are interested in having ScienceTRAX do the installation or upgrade, please follow the instructions below and send answers to all questions to support@studytrax.com when you request help.
Pre-Install Tasks
- Please list several dates and times to perform the upgrade
- Please test your gotomeeting installation to ensure that it works prior to the scheduled meeting.
- Ensure that you system meets the System Requirements. If you are doing an upgrade, they may have changed since your original installation.
- Be sure that you have performed the instructions on the Pre-install Checklist
- Download the latest version from the Download StudyTRAX page to the Web Server's desktop.
- Create a service account to run the StudyTRAX application under.
Security Architecture
- Do these machines use accounts stored on a Domain or do they use local accounts?
Web Server
- OS Version (including service pack #)
- All versions of .NET installed (include service pack #)
- Is a shared environment?
Database Server
- Is the same machine as Web Server?
- If not, OS Version (including service pack #)
- SQL Server version
