Users (System Setup)

The Users tab displays the individuals with roles in the selected customer account

Username: The username for the individual to log into StudyTRAX
First Name: The user's first name
Last Name: The user's last name
Email Address: The user's email (used for password recovery, username requests, locked account notification)
Last Login Date: The last login date of the user
Active:
- A Yes indicates the user is still active and can log in
- A No indicates the user is not active and can not log in
  
  Inactive users display with a gray hue and a strikethrough

Button	Function
	Add a new user
	Indicates additional users cannot be added as the account has reached the maximum number of users allowed Most accounts have a license that allows an unlimited number of users
Username	Open the User Overview page for a user by clicking on the username
	Delete the user When a user is deleted all the associated audit log entries are retained
	Indicates a user cannot be deleted A user cannot delete their own account or a user based in another customer
