Overview
The Users tab displays the individuals with roles in the selected customer account
Content
- Username:Â The username for the individual to log into StudyTRAX
- First Name:Â The user's first name
- Last Name:Â The user's last name
- Email Address:Â The user's email (used for password recovery, username requests, locked account notification)
- Last Login Date:Â The last login date of the user
- Active:Â
- A Yes indicates the user is still active and can log in
A No indicates the user is not active and can not log in
Inactive users display with a gray hue and a strikethrough

| Add a new user |
| Indicates additional users cannot be added as the account has reached the maximum number of users allowed Most accounts have a license that allows an unlimited number of users |
Username | Open the User Overview page for a user by clicking on the username |
| Delete the user When a user is deleted all the associated audit log entries are retained |
| Indicates a user cannot be deleted A user cannot delete their own account or a user based in another customer |
