User Overview
Overview
The User Overview page displays the user's roles in projects and workspaces. The page is used to access the user's Account Update window, change their password, or send them a password reset link.
Toolbar Buttons
Button | Function |

Back | Go back to the previous page |
Open the Account Update window to view or change the user's account information. Accessible only if you have a System Setup role in the user's primary customer. | |
Change Password | Open the Change Password window to change the user's password |
Reset Password | Click the button to have a password reset email sent to the user |
New Customer | Opens the Customer Authorizations window to assign customer roles to a user (Medication Management, Project Creation, System Setup) |
New Project | Opens the Project Authorizations page to assign project roles. Displayed only if you have a Project User Administration role. |
Authorizations Tab
Item | Function |

Customer | List of customer(s) in which the user has any roles Clicking on the customer name opens the Customer Authorizations window |
Project | List of projects the user has roles in Clicking on the project name opens the Project Authorizations page (requires a Project User Administration role to be able to click on the project and open the page) |
Roles | List of roles the user has in the applicable project |
Workspaces Tab
Item | Function |

Opens the Add Workspace window to add workspace access to the user | |
Customer Name | The Customer Name of the account which contains the workspace |
Workspace Name | The name of the workspace |
| Opens the Delete Workspace window to remove the workspace access from the user |
Locked Account
A user with a locked account will have a red note displayed along with a button to unlock the account
