Create a New Project
Overview
 This page describes how to create a new project in Studytrax.
Required Role(s)
- Project Management
Steps
- Select Projects in the main menu
- Click on the New button in the toolbar
- Complete the Attributes tab
Complete the Custom Attributes tab
The variables on the Custom Attributes tab are defined in System Setup
- Complete the Identifying Subjects tab
- Mark the project features on the Features tab
- Optionally enter any global code on the Global Code tab
- Select Save and Return
- Set up forms on the Variable Groups tab
- Set up the data collection schedule on the Intervals tab
- As needed, create subject reports on the Report Templates tab
Assign users to roles on the Users tab
Users must be set up in Studytrax to be assigned a role with the project. Click here to see how to add additional users to Studytrax.
