Remove test status

This page describes how to change a project from Test to Data Collection Status.

Steps

Before removing a project from test status, remove the subjects using bulk data tools which will clear out the audit trail and reset the Project IDs and Randomization, if applicable.

  1. Click Projects in the main menu (top of the page)
  2. Click on the project name
  3. Select the Edit Project toolbar button 
  4. Select the Attributes tab in the left panel  
  5. Select Data Collection in the drop down for Status
  6. Click the Save and Return toolbar button

Once a project is removed from test status and a subject is enrolled, the project cannot be put back in test status
