  • Notable New Features
    • User accounts and roles can span multiple customer accounts.

  • Data Set Management
    • Allow exporting and use of encounter completion status.
    • Add a completion status variable in data sets for Subject and Project variable groups

    • Bug: All Medication Group variables have a red background color when Medication Dosage is included in the data set.

    • Perform password strength tests on login and force the user to change their password if it is too weak.
    • Bug: When a subject attempts to login and their account has not been verified, the attempt is recorded as a failed login which eventually leads to the account being locked.

    • Add Project Status property
    • Bug: During import of stx file, the number of project and encounter variable groups always shows as 0
    • Bug: Checking Electronic Signatures on the Project Update page is not saved the first time you save

    • Bug: Importing a subject through an stx file does not bring over the Last Login Date.
    • Bug: The Change Password button is disabled for subjects that don't have an account (no username).
    • Remove the "Before" and "After" sorting methods on the Timeline view as they give the same sort as "Target".
    • Bug: Paging options overlap the last subject report when there are multiple pages

  • Subject Portal
    • Bug: Locked Account and Password Reset emails get sent from a different portal if the subject tries to log into that wrong portal and locks the account or requests a password reset from the wrong portal.
    • Bug: Verification Email and Welcome Email aren't sent to a subject with an existing username but unverified account.
  • User Management
    • Replaced password rule Require Mixed case with rules Require Lower Case and Require Upper Case.
    • Bug: Remove option to expire password when user is editing their own account.
    • Add username to the Change Password dialog.
    • Bug: Customer drop down to select a customer is missing in the Customer Authorizations window
    • Bug: Unexpected Error displays when clicking "Save" from the Customer Authorizations window
  • Workbench
    • Allow workspace users without data set management role to edit workspace components (data vies, tables, charts, reports) but not data sets.
    • Bug: After importing a Workbench report through an stx file the report needs to be re-saved before executing.
