Knowing Your Role(s)

Overview

Studytrax is a role-based system. Only those granted a specific role will have access to that functionality / area of the application. All roles granted to a user are specific to a study and Site except for 'System Administration', 'System Setup', 'Project Management', and 'Medication Management'.

• Roles With Access Within One "Customer" And Responsibilities Across Multiple Projects

  • System Setup
  • Medication Management

• Following Roles Are Site Specific, And Within ONE Customer and ONE Project

  • Project Management
  • Query Management
  • Workbench
  • Data Set Management
  • Reports

• Note: Remaining Roles All Relate To Data Entry

  • Subject Management (data entry role)
  • Subject Management - Read Only (data entry role)
  • Subject Management - Secondary (data entry role)
  • Subject Administration (data entry role)
  • View Subject's Treatment (data entry role / data sets)
