Subject Report with Medications

Overview

Subject medications can be added into a subject report template using the Repeater function.

Steps

Method 1

1. Add a repeater table into a report template (click here for steps)
2. Select MEDICATIONS for the Collection 
3. Populate the desired medication fields into the repeater table (click here for steps)

Method 2

The source code below can be entered into the Source Code window.  The code will create and pre-populate the medication fields into a repeater table.
