Forgot Password

Here are the steps to reset your password:

1. From the portal login page, click on "Forgot username / password"
2. In the Forgot Password section, enter your username and click"Submit"
3. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password

Notes:

• The email will be sent immediately
• If you do not receive the email in your inbox, check your spam folder
• If the email is not received, you may have entered an incorrect username.  To retrieve your username, follow the Forgot Username steps.
• The link to reset your password is only valid for 2 hours due to security reasons.  If you are not able to reset your password within the 2 hour window, you can follow the steps to obtain a new password reset link.
