Overview
The Medication Import window is used to import medications from Excel into the central list.
Actions
Click on Browse to select an Excel file with medications to import.
Click on MedicationImportExample.xls to view an example spreadsheet
The following columns must have data for each medication being imported:
- Trade Name
- Generic Name
- Data Export Name
- Unit of Measure
The options for Unit of Measure are:
- application
- cap
- g
- Gtt
- IU
- L
- mcg
- mcg/kg/min
- mcg/min
- mEq
- mg
- mL
- Mmol
- ng/kg/min
- pack
- puff
- spray
- tab
- units
