Overview
This page describes how to create a new project in StudyTRAXStudytrax.
Required Role(s)

Steps
- Select Projects in the main menu
- Click on the Add iconthe New button in the toolbar
- Complete the Attributes tab
- Enter the project name Leave the In Production box unchecked
- Enter the License Key provided by ScienceTRAX Support
Info The License Key determines the maximum number of subjects that can be added to a project. In a project with screening it includes screen failures and does not limit the number of subjects that can be enrolled
- Max Enrollment: Enter a value if you are screening and there is a maximum number of subjects that can be enrolled into the project
Info The value cannot exceed the subjects allowed based on the license key
Sites - Select the Sites that are part of the project
Tip Add additional sites through System Setup
If applicable, add a maximum enrollment for each site - Complete the Identifying Subjects tab
- Mark the project features on the Features tab
- Optionally enter any global code on the Global Code tab
- Select Save and Return
- Set up forms on the Variable Groups tab
- Set up the data collection schedule on the Intervals tab
- As needed, create subject reports on the Report Templates tab
Assign users to roles on the Users tab
Info Users must be set up in Studytrax to be assigned a role with the project. Click here to see how to add additional users to Studytrax.
