- D.O.: The data entry display order of the pick list elements
- Miss.: A check in the box indicates this is a missing value (e.g. Refused to Answer). A missing value allows the variable to be answered even when the answer is not known to distinguish between a missed question.
- Value: A value assigned to the pick list element
Note Once data has been entered for a variable the pick list values cannot be modified
- Name: A label assigned to the pick list element
- Data Entry Override: The text visible during data entry, this field can be left blank
