The Sidebar opens a menu where users can change projects, perform actions, and manage subject accounts.

Content

  • Project Name
  • Project Selector: click the drop down to see a list of projects to which you have access
  • Subject Photo: click the photo box to open a window where a photo can be uploaded
  • Reference ID
  • Name**
  • Account**:  opens the Account Update page
  • Change Password**:  opens a window to change the subject's password
  • Project ID**
  • Randomization ID / Treatment Name / Display Name**
  • View Treatment**:  
    • Opens a window to view the subject's randomized treatment
    • Applicable only in projects with double-blinded randomization
    • Displays only for users with a View Treatment role for the subject's site
  • Data Complete
    • Yes:  indicates all required fields have values
    • No:  indicates at least one required field does not have a value
    • Unknown:  indicates either a page with skip logic was not accessed or a change was made to a required variable after data was entered
  • Screening
    • In Progress:  indicates the subjects has not failed nor passed screening
    • Failed:  indicates the subject has failed screening
    • Passed:  indicates the subject has passed screening and can be enrolled
    • Enrolled:  indicates the subject is enrolled in the project

** Items marked with a double-asterisk only display if the feature or attribute is enabled in the project configuration

  • If an encounter is due, it will be displayed in orange
  • Click the encounter name to open the Encounter Update page

Displays only if a subject has been randomized and has not had a baseline encounter

Enroll



  • Click to enroll the subject in the project
  • In a project with Screening enabled, the subject must pass screening

ScreeningClick to screen a subject in the project

Unscreen

  • Click to remove the subject from teh project 
  • Displays only if the screening encounter has not been created

Remove From Project

Project Management
  • Click to remove the subject from the project
  • This action will remove all project data and is NOT recoverable
Medication
MedicationsClick to open the Medication Update window to add a new medication for the subject
Task

Click to open the Task Update window to add a new subject related task
QueryQuery Management
Click to open the New Query window to create a new subject query
Non-fixed intervals

Click the interval name to create an encounter for that interval
