The Subject Overview page organizes data about a subject. This page is used to view, enter or edit subject data.

Heading
The heading only displays if the sidebar is hidden as the sidebar contains the same information in a different layout.
- Reference ID
- Project ID**
- Subject Name**
- Data Completion status
- Screening status**
- Project name
- Subject's photo
- Click the photo box to upload a photo
- Link to the subject's Account Update page**
** Items marked with a double-asterisk only display if the feature or attribute is enabled in the project configuration
