Required Role(s)

  • Project Management

Steps

Must have a Project Management role

Be very careful when removing subjects from a project as the step is not recoverable.

If test subjects are being deleted and the project is in Test Mode, delete subjects using Bulk Data Tools to clear out the audit trail:  http://wiki.studytrax.com/display/STX/Bulk+Data+Tools

  1. Click Projects in the main menu
  2. Click on the project name
  3. Click the Data Management toolbar button
  4. Select the Subjects tab in the left panel
  5. Locate the subject that is to be removed
    1. Click on a column heading to sort by that column
    2. Click on a column heading a second time to reverse sort by that column
    3. An up or down arrow next to a column heading will indicate that the list is sorted by that column, a down arrow indicates an ascending sort  and an up arrow indicates a descending sort
    4. Use the paging at the bottom of the page to scroll through the list
  6. Click on the appropriate subject's Reference ID
  7. Click on the Remove Subject from Project toolbar button
  8. After selecting the delete icon for a subject you will be given a message to verify you want to remove the subject from the project

These steps will only remove the subject from the applicable project if the subject is not enrolled in any other project.  Follow the steps to Delete a Subject to remove the subject from StudyTRAX.
