Overview
This page describes how to create a new project in StudyTRAX.
Required Role(s)
- Project Management
Steps
- Select Projects in the main menu
- Click on the Add icon
- Complete the Attributes tab
- Complete the Custom Attributes tab
The varaibles on the Custom Attributes tab are defined in System Setup
- Complete the Identifying Subjects tab
- Mark the project features on the Features tab
- Optionally enter any global code on the Global Code tab
- If Subject Login is enabled on the Features tab, the Welcome Email Template tab will display with an example template
- If Subject Login is enabled on the Features tab, the Notification Email Template tab will display with an example template
- Select Save and Return
- Set up form on the Variable Groups tab
- Set up the data collection schedule on the Intervals tab
- As needed, create subject reports on the Report Templates tab
- Assign users to roles on the Users tab
Users must be set up in StudyTRAX to be assigned a role with the project
