Overview
The Account Settings page contains a subject's account information to access StudyTRAX and enter data.
Content
- Username: a unique username for the subject to log into StudyTRAX and enter data
- Email Address (optional): the subject's email address which can be used for password recovery, receiving a welcome email, and receiving encounter due notification emails
- Password: the subject's password to access StudyTRAX
- Confirm Password: a confirmation of the subject's password
- Active: checking the box indicates the subject is active and can still log into StudyTRAX
- Expire Password: checking this box will require the subject to change his/her password the next time they log into StudyTRAX
It is recommended that Expire Password is checked when a subject's account information is initially set up
- Receive Encounter Due Notification: checking the box indicates the subject will receive an email when an encounter is due
only applies if an Email Address is entered
- Bad Login Attempts: displays the number of login attempts with an incorrect password
If this value is greater than 0, a Reset Bad Login Attempts button will display in the toolbar
- Last Login: displays the last date and time the subject logged into StudyTRAX
- Last Password Change: displays the last date and time the subject changed his/her password
