How to display only one category

Overview

Categorical variables will display values (count and/or percent) for each category. If a count and/or percent is wanted for just one category, the data view row can be customized to obtain that display.

Actions

  1. Open the Design tab of the Data View

  2. Select the categorical variable and aggregation method

  3. Click Add

  4. Click on the variable name in the right panel

  5. Select the category in the drop down for the Category To Display field

Notes

  • Group By Category must be selected to calculate percent

  • May need to change the displayed variable name if only one category is displayed
