I am not able to log into Studytrax
As a user, if you are not able to log in, here are troubleshooting steps:
Verify the URL is correct (this is the most common problem)
Verify your username is correct
On the Login page, click on Forgot Username or Password
If you request a username and don’t receive an email within a few minutes:
Check your spam/junk folder
Check any other email accounts that your account may have associated with
Verify the URL
If you still don’t receive an email, it means the email address entered in the Request Username box is not associated with any account on that server. Contact Support, include the requested information to help us find your account, including a screenshot of the entire page that shows the URL, username entered, and error displayed.
If you request a password reset and don’t receive an email within a few minutes:
Check your spam/junk folder
Check any other email accounts that your account may have associated with
Verify the username entered in the Reset Password box
Verify the URL
If you still don’t receive an email with a password reset link, it means the username entered is not associated with any account on that server. Contact Support, include the requested information to help us find your account, including a screenshot of the entire page that shows the URL, username entered, and error displayed.
