Subject Update (New Subject)

The Subject Update page is used to enter a new subject in StudyTRAX.

	Button	Function
	Save and Return	Saves the data and navigates to the Subject Overview page
	Cancel	Cancels any data entered or changes made
	Save	Saves the data and stays on the current page

Reference ID: must be entered, each subject is assigned a Reference ID in StudyTRAX which is unique across all projects
Name: the name is optional and the fields will only display if the user has access to at least one project that includes subject name information
