Upgrades

Overview

New features are periodically added into StudyTRAX. 

Process

Customers using StudyTRAX on our hosted application will automatically have access to new releases. Customers with the application installed on their own server can upgrade by using the System Setup Guide.

Upgrades should be down after hours to minimize disruption to StudyTRAX users and to users of other applications on the server.  The ScienceTRAX technical team is available after hours when scheduled to assist with upgrade questions.
