Overview

The Portal Options tab of the Interval Update page sets the options to control how subject portals will behave with regards to the interval.

Content

If no forms on the Variable Groups tab are marked as Subject Accessible, then the Portal Options will only have the Subject can view this encounter section.

  • Subject can view this encounter
    • Controls how long subjects have read-only access to the forms marked as subject accessible.
    • Intervals without any subject entered forms will default to Always.  The reason is to allow subjects to go to an encounter to view subject reports even if there aren't any subject entered forms.  Subjects will not see any non-subject entered forms at any time.
  • Subject can create this encounter
    • Indicates how long a subject can create a new encounter
    • At Baseline, specify does not apply as there is no due range.  A Baseline encounter will always be due until it occurs, as you can't continue in the Timeline without a baseline.
  • Subject can edit this encounter
    • Controls how long subjects can edit the forms marked as subject accessible
    • It is based on when the encounter is created, not always the same as the encounter date

  • No labels
