Overview

  • The Projects page contains a list of projects for which the user has a Project Management role 
  • Create new projects, requires a Project Creation role
  • Import projects, requires a Project Creation role
  • View project summaries

Content

  1. Toolbar
    1. New:  Select to create a new project configuration
    2. Import: Select to import an existing project configuration
    3. Search:  Matching results display as search criteria is entered
  2. Name:  Click the project name to navigate to the Project Overview page of an existing project
  3. Status:  The project status with one of the following options
    1. Analysis
    2. Cancelled
    3. Closed
    4. Data Collection
    5. Hold
    6. Test
  4. Start:  The start date of the project (an optional field)
  5. End: The end date of the project (an optional field)
  6. Screened:  The number of subjects that have been screened (applicable if the project is set up with the screening feature enabled)
  7. Enrolled: The number of subjects that have been enrolled in the project
  8. Discontinued:  The number and percentage of subjects that are discontinued 
  9. Export:  Link to export the project or export the data dictionary
  10. Paging Options: Link to open the Paging Options window to set the items per page and pages to display
  11. Window Sizing Arrows
    1. Click the down arrow to move the bottom border down and display additional rows
    2. Click the up arrow to move the bottom border up and display fewer rows
