Overview

The Customers tab lists all the customers in the StudyTRAX installation.

Content

  • ID:  A unique and sequential ID assigned to the customer by StudyTRAX
  • Name:  the name given to the customer
  • License Type:  The type of license the account has (Project or User)
  • # of Users:  The number of users in the customer account
  • # of Projects:  The number of projects in the customer account

Add a new customer

Customer Name

Edit the customer attributes by clicking on the customer name

# of Users

View, edit or add users to the customer account by clicking on the number in the # of Users column

Delete the customer account

Indicates the customer account cannot be deleted

If a customer account has at least one project it cannot be deleted
