Overview

The Summary tab of the System Administration page provides a summary of the configuration status for the instance of StudyTRAX.   The page is set up during the StudyTRAX installation or upgrade through the Configuring StudyTRAX page.


Batch Processes

  • Clean and Archive: Deletes or archives old data, such as who logged in and when
  • Emailer: Sends emails
  • Notifications:   Checks for subject notifications   
  • SMTP Monitor:  Checks to see if emails can be sent
  • External Server URL Monitor:  Checks the Host Name in Application Settings
  • Portal Base URL Monitor:  Checks the Portal Host Name in Application Settings (only needed for the sub domain URL type for subject portals)
