Overview
The Account Settings page contains Update window contains a subject's Studytrax account information to access StudyTRAX and enter data.
Content (initial setup)
- Username: a unique username for the subject to log into StudyTRAX and enter datatheir Studytrax portal
Email Address
(optional but strongly recommended): the subject's email address, which is used for
accountemail address verification, username retrieval, password
recoveryreset, receiving a welcome email, and receiving encounter due notification emails
Info Accounts The email address associated with an account must be verified and . A subject 's will select their will be prompted to create a password at that time. If an email address is not entered, after saving click on the configure icon again to update the password for the subject.

- Receive Encounter Due Notification: checking the box If checked, indicates the subject will receive an email notification when an encounter is due

- Confirm Password: a confirmation of the subject's password
- Active: checking the box Active: If checked, indicates the subject is active and can still log into StudyTRAXtheir Studytrax portal
Receive Encounter Due Notification:

ana notification email when an encounter is due if the interval is set up to allow subjects to create the encounter
Info can only be selected if an Email Address is entered
- Verified: indicates that the subject has verified the email address associated with the account
- Expire Password: checking this box will require the subject to change his/her the password the next time they log into StudyTRAX
- Verified: indicates that the subject has verified his/her account

- Resend Verification Email: Displays only if the account email address has not been verified, clicking the link will resend the subject an email with a link to verify their email address and create a password
- Resend Welcome Email: Click the link to resend a welcome email to the subject
Failed Login Attempts: indicates the number of
badfailed login attempts for the

- Last Login: displays the last date and time the subject logged into StudyTRAXtheir Studytrax portal
- Last Password Change: displays the last date and time the subject changed his/her password
