Overview

The Account Settings page contains Update window contains a subject's Studytrax account information to access StudyTRAX and enter data.

Content (initial setup)

  • Username:  a unique username for the subject to log into StudyTRAX and enter datatheir Studytrax portal

    Info

    The email address associated with an account must be verified. A subject will be prompted to create a password at that time. 


  • Active:  If checked, indicates the subject is active and can still log into StudyTRAXExpire Password:  checking this box will require the subject to change his/her password the next time they log into StudyTRAX NoteIt is recommended that Expire Password is checked when a subject's account information is initially set up their Studytrax portal
  • Receive Encounter Due Notification:  If checked, indicates the subject will receive an email notification when an encounter is due if the interval is set up to allow subjects to create the encounter

    Tip

    If this value is greater than 0, a Reset Bad Login Attempts button will display in the toolbar


  • Verified:  indicates that the subject has verified the email address associated with the account
  • Expire Password:  checking this box will require the subject to change the password the next time they log into their Studytrax portal
  • Resend Verification Email:  Displays only if the account email address has not been verified, clicking the link will resend the subject an email with a link to verify their email address and create a password
  • Resend Welcome Email:  Click the link to resend a welcome email to the subject
  • Failed Login Attempts:  indicates the number of failed login attempts for the username

  • Last Login:  displays the last date and time the subject logged into StudyTRAXtheir Studytrax portal
  • Last Password Change:  displays the last date and time the subject changed his/her password
