- Source: The encounter name or Project Variable (where the value being queried is located)
- Variable: The name of the variable against which the query is written
- Value: The value of the variable
- Status: The current status of the query. Possibilities include: Resolved, Unresolved, and Closed

- Click + to open the New Query window
- Update a query
- Click the query's opened date to open the Query Update window
- Query Revisions
- Click the revisions button to see the Query History window
- Delete a query
- Click the delete button open the Delete Query window
