New Query

Overview

The New Query window allows for the creation of new queries.  A Query Management role is required to create a query.

Actions

• Source: Select where the variable against which the query is being written is located, it can be in any encounter that has been created or the project variables
• Variable group: Select the variable group which contains the variable
• Variable: Select the variable, numeric calculations can't have queries and won't be in the list
• Value: Current value of the variable, it is pre-populated
• Type: The query issue to be addressed. Options include: Out of range, Missing, and Other.
• Description: Additional details about the query
