The Account Settings page contains a subject's account information to access StudyTRAX and enter data.

Content (initial setup)

  • Username:  a unique username for the subject to log into StudyTRAX and enter data
  • Email Address (optional but strongly recommended):  the subject's email address which can be is used for account verification, password recovery, receiving a welcome email, and receiving encounter due notification emails Password:  the

    Accounts must be verified and subject's will select their password

  • Bad Login Attempts:   displays  indicates the number of bad login attempts with an incorrect password TipIf this value is greater than 0, a Reset Bad Login Attempts button will display in the toolbar for the username
  • Last Login:  displays the last date and time the subject logged into StudyTRAX
  • Last Password Change:  displays the last date and time the subject changed his/her password
