Subject Notification Log

Overview

The Subject Notification Log tab of the System Administration page displays a list of all the notifications that have been sent to subjects based on the Reference ID and/or dates specified.

Content

  • Date: The date of the notification
  • Project Name: The project in which the subject has a due encounter
  • Username: The subject's username
  • Reference ID: The subject's Reference ID
  • First Name: The subject's first name
  • Last Name: The subject's last name
  • 1st Not.:
    • Yes:  Indicates this is the subject's first notification
    • No: Indicates this is not the subject's first notification
  • 2nd Not.:
    • Yes:  Indicates this is the subject's second notification
    • No:  Indicates this is not the subject's second notification
  • Success:
    • Yes: Indicates the notification was successfully sent to the subject's email server
    • No:  Indicates the notification was not sent to the subject's email server

Subject's receive their first notification at the earliest date of an encounter.  If the encounter is not entered by the projected date they will receive a second notification.


Actions

Change the search options by entering a subject's Reference ID and/or From/To dates and clicking Search.

When the page is opened the default To date is the current date and the default From date is one week ago
