Overview

The Users tab of the System Administration page lists all users in the StudyTRAX application across all customer accounts

Content

  • Username: The user's username used to log into StudyTRAX
  • First Name: The first name of the user
  • Last Name: The last name of the user
  • Email Address: The email address of the user
  • Last LoginDate: The last date that the user logged into StudyTRAX
  • Active:
    • Yes indicates the user is still active and can log in
    • No indicates the user is not active and can not log in

      Inactive users display with a gray hue and strikethrough

Delete the user

When a user is deleted all the associated audit log entries are retained

Indicates a user cannot be deleted which is only displayed for the user logged in (A user cannot delete themself)

Edit the user's account settings by clicking on the username
