Timeline
The timeline contains the data collection schedule of all fixed encounters (completed and not completed encounters), and the completed non-fixed encounters. The timeline is color coded to show the encounter's status:
- Encounters due (orange): encounters are Due within the Earliest and Latest date
- Encounters missed (pink): encounters are Missed when the Latest date is passed and the encounter has not occurred
- Encounters not due (gray): encounters are Not Due prior to the Earliest date
- Complete encounters (green): encounters are Complete when all the required data has been entered
- Incomplete encounters (yellow): encounters are Incomplete when all the required data has not been entered
The complete/incomplete status of an encounter is based on the completeness of all the forms collected within the encounter.
- Interval: The interval name
- Actual: The encounter date, a date is displayed only if the encounter has occurred, it will default to the date the encounter was started but can be modified
- Projected: Calculated by the Target Length specified in the interval and the actual Baseline encounter date. It is the Baseline encounter date plus the Target Length
- Earliest: The projected date minus the Before Target Range specified in the interval
- Latest: The projected date plus the After Target Range specified in the interval
