- Verify the URL
- Request a password reset (click the "Forgot username / password" link)
- If you do NOT receive an email to reset your password within a few minutes
- Check your spam / junk folder
- If you do not have an email, that indicates that either you are using the wrong URL, wrong username, or your account is set up with the wrong email
- Request your username
- If you do not receive an email, that indicates you do not have an account with the URL you are using or your account is set up with the wrong email

Potential causes
- You do not have a System Administration Role
- The Reference ID is incorrect
- The subject is inactive
- The subject is not in the project
Your email address has not been verified
- When your account was created, an email was sent with a link to validate your account. That process needs to be followed to validate your account.
- The individual who set up your account and resend a new verification link to you.
