Why can't I enter an encounter

Below are the potential reasons that an encounter can’t be entered

  1. Follow-up encounters can’t be entered until the Baseline encounter is created

  2. The Baseline encounter can’t be entered until the subject has passed screening (if the project has screening) and is enrolled

  3. A screening encounter can’t be entered if the subject failed a prior screening encounter

  4. A non-fixed encounter that has an interval type as Follow-up can’t be entered if the subject is in screening

  5. A non-fixed encounter that has an interval type as Screening can’t be entered if the subject has passed screening and is enrolled
