Assign Project IDs

Overview

This option can be used to generate Project IDs for subjects that do not have one. The section is only applicable and only displays if there is a template specified for the Project ID generation on the Identifying Subjects tab.

Required Role(s)

  • Project Management

Steps

  1. From the Project Overview page, select Data Management in the toolbar

  2. Select Bulk Data Tools in the left panel

  3. If the project has Change Reason enabled, a text box will display to enter a change reason

  4. Click Run
