This meeting is to finalize setup plans for your research project. Attendees include the PI and any staff involved in setup.  Prior to the meeting, complete and return the NewStudytraxStartup spreadsheet.

  • Review requirements and questions in "NewStudytraxStartup" spreadsheet
  • Review Studytrax feature set (see here).
    • Determine features to implement
  • Plan and assign tasks
    • Configuration options (e.g., study visits)
    • Build forms not found in library (learn more)
      • Use Studytrax or "DataDefinition" spreadsheet (i.e., whichever thought faster)
        • Learn about:
          • The "DataDefinition" spreadsheet here
          • Communicating the data definition here
