This meeting is to finalize setup plans for your research project. Attendees include the PI and any staff involved in setup.  Prior to the meeting, complete and return the study startup-related information spreadsheet.

 Preparation To-Do's List

  • Complete and Return to Studytrax stafft
    • "NewStudytraxStartup.xlsx" spreadsheet, up to the "Planning Meeting" tab
    • "DataDefintion.xlsx" spreadsheet, all tabs
      • Learn how to complete Data Definition spreadsheet here

  • Review questions on the "NewStudytraxStartup" and "DataDictionary" spreadsheets
  • Learn about the main features and configuration options (see here).

 Finalize Set Up 

  • Startup Spreadsheet.(sent to you)
    • Discuss and finalize requirements
      • Complete information on spreadsheet tabs through "Planning Meeting"
  • Data Definition Spreadsheet (sent to you)
    • Discuss and finalize data definition
      • Complete the data definition tab for each form/CRF 
        • How to communicate the data definition (see here)
