In Subject Reports
From the Subject Reports editor, move to where you'd like to insert the System Variable value and type in the following:
<%= #XXXXX %> (note: XXXXX = Variable Code, see list below).
In Dependencies or Interval Expressions
Use the code in the reference column like a variable code in the variable group.
