Overview
The User List page has a list of users in a specific customer account. This page is used to add the initial user into a new customer account. Subsequent users are typically added from the Users tab of the System Setup page
Content
- Username: The username for the individual to log into StudyTRAX
- First Name: The user's first name
- Last Name: The user's last name
- Email Address: The user's email address
The email is used for password recovery
- Last LoginDate: The last login date of the user
- Active:
- Yes indicates the user is still active and can log in
- No indicates the user is not active and can not log in
Inactive users are displayed with a gray hue and strikethrough
