Overview
The Design tab of the Data View Update page is used to specify the aggregation method to summarize a variable and the grouping, if any, of the data. The variables that are included in the Data Set are available within the Data View.
Content
- Variables available in the Columns drop down list can be selected to group the data by the variable(s)
Info Only categorical variables can be selected as columns
- All variables that are included in the Data Set are available in the first drop down list under Rows
- The variables that are part of the Data View are displayed in the right panel
Actions
Add a variable:
- To group the data select a grouping variable in the Columns drop down list can and click Add
- Select a variable to summarize from the first drop down list under Rows
- Select the aggregation method on which to summarize the variable in the second drop down list under Rows
- Click Add
